"Professional service, temporary replacement rentals, even after ones warranty is up for, at least in my case, for simple procedures such as brake repairs. While I purchased my Range Rover in Marin, I've had it serviced, both during and after the warranty period at BMC and have always been pleased by the service advisors and the work performed.
While I rarely get to drive my truck, about 3,000 miles per year, due to a rather grueling work travel schedule, I've perhaps not had as many issues as others, however, when I have had basic work done, including simple oil changes, all work has been performed well and I receive my vehicle back in the same condition that I left it in, no scratches or bumps to the bumpers or doors.
Recommended services may be made, however, that is what the service advisors manage, letting you know what repairs or updates need to be done. I think most people go in to a dealership repair facility bent on thinking that they will be sold a bill of goods that is not necessary, I suppose I can't blame one for that mindset, but as the car owner, we are in control of approving the work or not.
And finally, it's always fun to drop off the Rover, to admire the latest collection in the showroom or when picking up the rental at the Bentley dealership across the street, to look at real luxury."

Quan is a 5 star service guy who works for a 5 star dealership. I took my car in for a rattle that most mechanics would need hours to figure out and charge a pluto-load of money for.
How about in less than hour they found the source of the problem and fixed it for the grand total of ZERO.
